In today’s diverse and dispersed workplace, the ability to confidently engage and influence others is a vital skill. The Influencing Without Authority workshop is designed to enhance critical communication and persuasion skills, helping professionals navigate challenging conversations, build trust, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

This highly interactive one-day workshop equips participants with the tools to convert conflict into constructive dialogue, considering cultural complexities and different personality traits. Through a mix of theoretical frameworks, self-assessments, roleplay, and experiential learning, participants will gain practical strategies to enhance their influence in professional settings.

 

Prework is required for this workshop, and real-life scenarios will be used for practical application.  The workshop can be facilitated in-person or virtually.
