Programme overview

Coaching is a process for raising self-awareness in another party. As a management technique it is designed to help people to find
solutions to challenges for themselves, supporting their autonomy and building their problem-solving skills. Good coaching involves deep listening, support for the coachee, and the ability, willingness, and skillset to challenge the coachee.

The Coaching leadership style recognises and cultivates the talents of each team member, while directing people towards a common goal. Developing the skills to become a leader with a coaching style can make you stand out among peers within your organisation, and allow you to add tangible value to every project and interaction you participate in.

Our 2-day CPD-accredited programme helps learners to discover insights on their own abilities to coach, the skill sets that are needed in order to coach someone successfully, the dos and don’ts of the process, and the reasons why organisations are adopting coaching style management disciplines. The programme is highly interactive and incorporates the use of role plays and practical exercises throughout.
