I am an experienced project manager with a background spanning business analysis, software quality, digital transformation, operational delivery, and entrepreneurship. Over the course of my career, I have worked across Irish public sector, enterprise, and international environments, leading projects that required strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery, and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.

As a workforce returner, I bring both professional maturity and a broad perspective. My experience includes managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting technology and workflow change, improving processes, and helping organisations deliver projects on time and within scope. Background

My early career was in business analysis and software quality, where I worked closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments. During that time, I contributed to digital platforms and testing delivery, including work connected to Irish public sector programmes and enterprise settings.

I later progressed into entrepreneurship and became the former CEO of an international education business based in Ireland. In that role, I led strategy, project execution, governance, reporting, service launches, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and business growth initiatives. This gave me hands-on experience in managing end-to-end programmes, balancing competing priorities, and leading delivery across operations, marketing, partnerships, and customer-facing workstreams.

Across these roles, I have developed a strong understanding of how to deliver change in practical ways, whether through CRM implementation, workflow improvement, digital tools, service design, or cross-team coordination. I have also worked within Irish organisational culture while collaborating with international teams, partners, and clients.
